Lanhydrock Estate took these redundant farm buildings back in hand when they were near collapse. The barns were converted into a 1500 sq foot building. The majority of the building’s original features were retained including the abattoir wheel in the roof of the main building and the Blacksmiths Forge.
Landmark Kitchens (a bespoke kitchen company and Aga showroom) have been tenants of the main building for several years now and run their bespoke kitchen company from here and find that the high vaulted ceiling of the main part of the building makes a wonderful showroom. You can view their website at www.landmarkkitchens.co.uk. Prindl Pottery has run a pottery workshop from the old forge at the end of the building ensuring that local potting continues whilst still using the majority of the old kilns. You can see Chris Prindls work on his website www.prindlpottery.co.uk
